Polenta in frittata z mlekom

Sestavine za 4 osebe:

1 kg koruznega zdroba, 8 slanino rezine, 10 rezinami salame (ali štiri klobase), 6 jajc, 1/2 litra mleka, sol q.b

postopek:

Kuhati polento in v tem času pripraviti omleta: segrejemo mast, dodamo klobaso ali klobaso; Ko je vse dobro pečen, premagal jajca (beljake in rumenjake skupaj) in prelijemo z maščobo in salamo. Ko so jajca ocvrte, dodamo mleko in sol in, če je potrebno, kuhamo še petnajst minut. Ko je polenta kuhana, jesti s to omako.
