Sestavine za 4 osebe:

1 rdeča čebula, 1 skodelica olja, 2 korenčka, 4 kosi bele čebule, 1/2 kg teletine v majhne koščke, 1 kg krompirja, poper, sol po okusu.

postopek:

Daj v 2-litrski lonec a. kozarec olivnega olja in rdečo čebulo nareemo na majhne koščke. Samo postane malo rumeno bodo dodali rez meso na majhne koščke. Vreti 20 minut na ogenj. Nato premešamo in dodamo narezano meso, pustimo še 10 minut. Po 10 minutah dodamo kozarec vode in vse začimbe. V vseh kuhamo 10 minut. V kozarec z vodo, vlijemo lico moke pred in po dobro mešanju dodamo še 2 kozarca vode. še vedno ostane 10 minut in dodamo malo "paradinik, tako da postane rdeče. Cut lupino krompirja in jih dal, še vedno nedotaknjena, v drugi lonec za kuhanje na ogenj. Drain krompir in pretlačimo kot pire. Je sedaj pripravljena. Serviranje: postavitev pol ploščo in pire, na drugi polovici gola.
