Radicchio with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 kg of potatoes, 1 kg of chicory, the first touch of bacon, 2 slices of salami, a pinch of salt.

Method:

Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Meanwhile, clean and wash the radicchio, fry in a pan lard and salami. Drain the potatoes, mash them coarsely, add the radicchio, cut into pieces and season with the sauce. Add salt if necessary.
